Over the last few years I learned for the second time in business what I had learned before in my personal life. Truly you can not be liked by everyone, every decision you make will not be taken as positive by all parties, and although there will be moments of brilliance where truly this can happen they dont last long.
The important lesson for me has been though to carry through with what I want to change in the world. To be aware of my own limitations in as far as explaining the detail of my vision to all, but rather to captivate some and to give due awareness to others who need it.
Even under perfect circumstances not all will agree but with time we can drive our own balances, stress does affect them but calm can be brought to bare with a positive attitude.
