I have a huge worry and concern for those who do not have the chance to fail. It is perhaps the biggest flaw of character that will assure they do not have social mobility and do not have the chance to become something special.
Offering a way to live sustainably without effort is not the way forward for society, not because the poor do not deserve help, but because people in general have no way to see beyond their own circumstance.
If your dad is a doctor you can aspire to be a doctor, if your dad is a street cleaner, but you want to be a doctor you can see the hope and reasoning. When you live in a world of unemployment and are surrounded by the same then how can you see opportunity, and how could you ever search for it.
Give social mobility a chance…
